Affiliate Program Agreement

Last updated November 2, 2026. By promoting your Powerhouse Research Co code, you agree to these terms.

1. Your code and how sales are credited

You receive one personal promo code. It is the only way a sale is credited to you.
A sale counts only when the customer enters your code at checkout. Orders placed without your code are not credited, even if the customer found us through you, and codes can't be added to an order afterwards.
Only one code can be used per order. If a customer uses a different code, the order isn't credited to you.
Your code is personal and can't be transferred, sold or shared with other affiliates.

You start at 10% commission on Net Merchandise Sales placed with your code.
Net Merchandise Sales means the product price after all discounts. Shipping, complimentary items, taxes and fees never earn commission.
Your rate is reviewed every 90 days and may be increased based on your Gross Merchandise Value (total sales placed with your code) and your compliance with this agreement. Rate increases are at Powerhouse Research Co's discretion and apply to new orders only.
Commission is earned only on orders that are paid in full. Unpaid, cancelled, refunded, disputed or charged-back orders earn nothing, and commission already paid on them may be deducted from future payouts.

Commission is held for 30 days after an order is paid, to allow for cancellations, claims and disputes.
Cleared commission is paid monthly once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
Payouts are sent by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or store credit, to the account you give us. You're responsible for giving us correct payout details.
A completed IRS Form W-9 is required before your first payout. You're responsible for your own taxes, and you participate as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of Powerhouse Research Co.

All Powerhouse products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Your content must always present them that way.
Never suggest, show or imply human or animal use. No videos or photos of anyone preparing, reconstituting, injecting or taking a product.
No before-and-after photos and no pairing products with weight-loss, muscle-gain or appearance results.
No personal stacks, dosages, cycles, protocols or 'what I take' content.
No health or therapeutic claims: never say a product cures, treats, prevents or diagnoses anything, and avoid phrases like 'anti-aging', 'fat loss' or 'healing results'.
Don't present yourself as a doctor, pharmacist or other medical professional, and don't give medical advice.
A single violation of this section can result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commission.

Clearly disclose your relationship with us in every post, video, story and article, as the FTC requires. Use #ad, #sponsored or "Powerhouse partner" where it's visible without clicking 'more'.
Your opinions must be honest. Don't invent reviews, results or credentials.

No paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok or any other network) that use our name, products or code, and no bidding on our brand keywords.
No posting your code on coupon, deal or cash-back sites (such as Honey or RetailMeNot), forums for code-sharing, or browser extensions. Sales from these sources are voided.
No self-referrals: you can't use your own code, or have friends or family place orders for you to collect commission.
No spam, unsolicited messages, fake accounts, misleading claims, or websites, domains or handles that use the Powerhouse name or could be mistaken for us.
Don't edit, crop or recreate our certificates of analysis or product photos. Link to them as published on our site.

You must be 21 or older and keep the social accounts you applied with active.
Every affiliate is approved manually, and we may ask for traffic or audience information at any time.

We may review your content and ask you to edit or remove anything that doesn't follow this agreement; you agree to do so within 48 hours.
We may pause or deactivate your code, withhold commission on orders under review, or end your participation at any time, with or without cause. Commission on orders that broke these terms is forfeited.
We may update this agreement or the commission structure. Changes apply from the date we notify you by email; continuing to promote your code means you accept them.
You agree to indemnify Powerhouse Research Co against claims arising from your content or conduct.
